SOFTWIN is engaging the German outsourcing market

My previous entry on German outsourcing market seems to have been progressive as according to this press release(sorry only Romanian), SOFTWIN presence at the World Outsourcing Services Congress Germany 2004, organised by Kundendienst Verband, was very appreciated. SOFTWIN was there as the only provider of call centers outsourcing services from Eastern Europe.

Softwin’s presence at the fair has been described as very positive by Elisabeta Nichifor, manager of Customer Relationship Management Division at Softwin, since under the pressure of lowering costs, German companies have discovered, beside lower prices in Romania, the high intellectual and linguistic skills of the Romanian graduates. This statement similar to the one made by the German delegate on my previous post. SOFTWIN presence at the fair has caught the interest in Call Centers outsourcing of over 100 German companies. Foreign clients of Softwin’s CRM/Call Centers Division are Noos and FrancePost according to their press release.

As a side note, SOFTWIN is also the developer of the highly appreciated antivirus suite, BitDefender.
