Frost & Sullivan has published a report on Global Offshore Outsourcing and Offshoring of IT Labor Markets. It has a very interesting list of figures for us, such as Number of IT Jobs Acquired by Subsidiaries and Outsourcers Based in Romania, Value of IT Jobs Exported to Romania, but these are not freely available (the report costs 4,495 USD). However I could find out that the value of IT jobs exported totaled $51.6 billion in 2004. The report can be found here
