Time for another acquisition in the Romanian IT industry. This time, Siemens, through its Business Unit, has aquired Forte SA for an undisclosed amount. Forte has outsourcing and out-tasking activities and has provided last year, sales of over 22 mln EUR. The news has been covered here here and here .
