Axway announces the acquisition of a Romanian company, Crinsoft srl for an undisclosed amount of money. Located in Bucharest, Crinsoft employs 50 staff and is providing outsourcing software development services.
Axway is wholly owned subsidiary of Sopra Group, a total solution provider of information systems in some 5,000 public and private clients around the world. “The decision to establish a foothold in Eastern Europe is in line with the strategic objectives of the company� they say in the official press release here.
