How much will it cost to outsource the development of an IT project? What are the specific Romanian factors that can impact these costs? How can these costs change in the following months? Research from consulting company pintilie.RO, approach these questions directly analyzing the rates charged by Romanian outsourcing companies across 16 technologies and 14 technical professions.
Findings shows that a Junior or a Senior developer ranges from a min of EUR 11 per hour and a max of EUR 26 depending on their technical skills. The study contains all the statistical data: average, min, max, deviation and median and can be used to estimate the costs of a project. It concludes with a forecast on how these prices will change in the following months under Romania’s economical environment specific factors such as GDP, inflation, exchange rates, demand/supply of human work-force.
