British-owned Endava buys software company in Cluj

Endava buys AGS, a Romanian company based in Cluj, for an undisclosed amount of money. AGS has been started in 1997 in Cluj-Napoca and was offering services in outsourcing and custom software development. More information here in Ziarul Financiar.

90% and 350 million euro

In a press conference held on September 12th 2006, the Romanian IT Minister Zsolt Nagy mentioned that 90% of Romanian software is for export (mainly outsourcing) and the total export value for 2006 will be of around 350 million Euro.
