EasyCall, the biggest Romanian call center with 600 employees has been bought by Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) for an undisclosed amount of money. EasyCall had last year a revenue of 1.8 million euro and a profit of just 50 000 euro. The news has been reported in several locations (here and here)
