outsourcing-romania.org blocked in China

We just tested our sites with this website and to our complete surprise, we found out that our outsourcing directory is blocked in China by the famous “GreatWall of China” firewall. I hope is just some technical problem with the website as we don’t see any real reason for such a blockage.
