It is the title of a conference organised on 26th-27th April in San Francisco by several governmental institutions (Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Ministry of Information Technology) together with the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce and ARIES. Among the topics for the discussions there will be legal aspects for the protection of intellectual property in Romania, taxes and taxation in Romania, repatriation of profit and the impact of EU accession for Romania. An interesting fact is that among the Romanian officials there will be present several Romanian companies that will present their activities to potential American investors. Attendees include leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms and potential technology partner companies (attendees include IT executives from some of the United State’s leading corporations and enterprises). I will try to get the list of Romanian companies going to the event and list it up.
